RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Baineth Publications.

However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with what you have bought then just send it back to us - unused and in its original packaging - within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked!

We will refund the original cost of items returned to us by the same method as your original payment was made (please note, postage costs are not refundable and return postage is at your own expense).

Please contact us immediately if your goods were damaged in transit. We will arrange replacement for you but will also need to discuss what you need to do to ensure we have appropriate evidence to pursue a claim with the carrier.

When returning goods, please include a copy of your original Sales Invoice, clearly explaining what action you would like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely in their original packaging, and that you use a signed for delivery service (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
