We only collect information when you order an item from our site or if you specifically subscribe to our mailing list. When you order an item from our site your card details are transmitted via secure server and not available to any other parties other than Paypal, our payment solution provider, who will not use your details for any reason other than processing your order (click here to view Paypal’s Privacy Statement).
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We guarantee that we will not pass your details to any other party unless legally obliged to do so. Your e-mail address will not be given to any third-party and you will only receive e-mails concerning information about Baineth Publications should you subscribe to our mailing list. Any telephone number supplied with your order will only be used to contact you in the event of a query with your order, or delivery thereof.
'Cookies' (small files stored on the hard drive of your computer by your Internet browser) are simply used to enhance your shopping experience with us. The main benefits are that they keep an active shopping basket intact, even if you turn off your computer, and also remember the contact details that you enter in the secure checkout to speed up future purchasing.
